Appointment confirmation and reminder
You will receive a confirmation text 48 hours before the appointment, click on the link to confirm please. We will also send a reminder 24 hours before appointment.
However, if you do not confirm and we are unable to reach you, your appointment will be cancelled and a fee might apply.
Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed/cancelled appointments and the cancellation fee.

Cancellation and rescheduling
Your appointment is very important to us. We save that time especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or changes. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 24 hours in advance you may be charged a cancellation fee or required a deposit to secure future appointments.
Please understand when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and guests on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.

Re- do
If there is something about your color or cut that you do not love after a scheduled appointment, we ask you for the opportunity to fix it and to make it right! Please call to speak with your stylist within 7 days of your original visit to schedule an
adjustment! We want you to love your hair and will do what it takes to make that happen!

Retail
We do not offer refunds for any/all retail products. Any product purchased can be exchanged for another product of equal value or another product of a greater value where the difference will be paid.

Color Correction/ Blonding Services
A consultation is required prior to reserving a color correction or blonding appointment. Consultations are complimentary.
A contract must be signed before your color correction or blonding appointment, either during the consultation or before the appointment begins. Specific results or color requests are not guaranteed and will take more than one session to achieve, specially on clients with dark hair, over processed hair or box colored hair.

Right to refuse service
We reserve the right to refuse service for anyone .
We can refuse service when we believe the client’s hair is too damaged or the expectations cannot be reached or negotiated.
