At Bare Roots Salon & Apothecary, we value your time and ours. Each appointment is reserved specifically for you, and late cancellations impact our ability to care for other guests.
We kindly ask that you provide at least 24–48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, will be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
We understand that life happens and will always approach situations with care and understanding. Our policy exists to honor our artists’ time and allow us to serve all of our guests thoughtfully.
